General Terms of Supply

Minimum Order Value: £10 Nett

Carriage Paid Order Value: £85 Nett to UK Mainland excepting Post Codes AB and IV - which is £100 Nett and £150 Nett to Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight.

EXCEPTING stand alone orders for Asein Carbon Brushes/Drive Belts when 10 assorted packets is postage paid.

For Eire, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles carriage is extra at cost.

Prices: Prices ruling at date of despatch applies. This price list cancels all previous issues. Prices shown in pounds sterling.

Payment: 30 Days month end. In the event of a third party being involved to recover late payments the cost involved will be added to the amount due. Early settlement terms available on request.

Title of Goods: The title of goods does not pass until account has been paid in full. In the event of goods being onward sold we retain the right to proceeds of sale.

Value Added Tax: Prices shown are subject to VAT applying at date of despatch.

Return of Goods: Against goods supplied correctly to order and on time returns are only accepted by prior arrangement. In such circumstances we reserve the right to claim the cost of original carriage. Value of credit will be in accordance with the original purchase price on the basis that goods are in new saleable condition. Damaged or obsolete items cannot be accepted for credit.
